This health and safety package is designed specifically to help organisations to deal with health and safety issues. The packages are available at three levels – small contractor, mid sized, and large or complex organisations.
The package includes:
Review or Re-write of Your Health and Safety Policy
A full review or a complete re-write of your health and safety policy and any related documents. Amendments will be made as necessary or, if required, a new bespoke health and safety policy will be prepared.
Risk Assessment and Method Statement Documentation
All risk assessments and method statement documentation will be reviewed and amended as necessary, ensuring that it is suitable and sufficient for your operations.
Helpline – 24 hours
As part of the package, you receive 24 hour/365 day access to our helpline providing advice on all matters relating to health and safety that may arise during your daily operations.
Site Visits
For the mid and large/complex packages, an agreed number of site visits will be made to assist you in compliance with current legislation and to monitor your activities.
Training
For the mid and large/complex packages, training will be provided for your staff to enhance their health and safety competence.
Accident Reporting Facility
4See Risk Management Limited will provide an accident reporting service providing advice on whether accidents are reportable under the RIDDOR Regulations and ensuring the notifications are made as necessary.
Monthly Updates
Monthly health and safety updates will be provided electronically on a wide variety of topical and practical issues.
Consultant Advice
Designed to give you access to a consultant in order to discuss any health and safety issues you may have as a company, for example completing tendering documentation, preparing toolbox talks or taking part in site health and safety meetings. Consultancy advice can be replaced with training on the small package if required.
We will provide a Certificate of Service indicating that we act as your competent source of professional health, safety and environmental services.
