Online Report Management (ORM)
ORM is an online report management tool, which allows online access to files, reports and information which have been produced by 4See or provided to us by our clients.
This provides a central location for all information to be deposited and accessed by members of your team (with prior authorisation), to collaborate and share information, meaning that everyone with access, has an up to date view of current documents.
Safe and Secure:
The information is held on a secure server and can only be accessed via a unique username and password provided by 4See, following a request for access from our client's lead contact. It can also be accessed by our client's partners to truly integrate the whole team. Third party access can be granted on request and additional security access features added or removed as necessary.
How do my users access ORM?
Once a request is received from the 4See client's lead contact, access is created and an e-mail is sent direct from 4See to the user with easy to follow step by step instructions, including the users unique Username and Password.
What does it look like?
Once logged in, the user will see a familiar Windows Explorer window which will contain folders or files which can be shared and or added to by users. Each Windows Explorer view will be different to each client depending on the structure agreed for ORM between 4See and our client.
What can be stored in ORM?
Any data which all users have the software to read can be stored within ORM. It is particularly useful for collaboration and reducing the amount of e-mail traffic with attachments.
